2. Add to Cart
After confirming the product information, click “Add to Cart.” You can check the number of items and total amount at any time, and adjust quantities or specifications as needed.
3. Order and Payment
Accepted payment methods include Mastercard and VISA. The payment process is safe and secure, ensuring the protection of your payment information. After payment, you will receive an order confirmation email.
4. Delivery Information
Delivery Zone: Metropolitan France.
Delivery Fees: Free for orders of €120 or more (including €120), otherwise a delivery fee of €15.00.
Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days (if the order is placed after 6 PM or during a public holiday, processing will begin on the next business day).
Estimated Delivery Time: Approximately 7 to 10 business days after dispatch.
5. Order Management
You can modify or cancel your order before shipping by contacting customer service. If the order has already been shipped, please follow our return and exchange policy for processing.
6. Return, Exchange, and Refund
Return/Exchange Period: 40 days after receipt.
Conditions: Cosmetic damage, quality issues, significant color differences or odors, incorrect product, as well as no-reason returns.
Procedure: Contact customer service with the order number, payment receipt, and photos/videos. After approval, please return the product with all its accessories in its original packaging according to the instructions provided. Upon receipt and verification, a refund or exchange will be processed.
Refund Method: Refund to the account used for the initial payment, usually within 1 to 3 business days.
